This policy explains what personal information Invera collects through invera.vn, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to reply to you and prepare for a conversation.

Who we are

Invera Co., Ltd (enterprise code 0319744370) is an advisory firm at 6th Floor, Rosana Tower, 60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We support foreign investors entering and operating in Vietnam. Invera is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at communication@invera.vn.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. Your name, company, work email, the country where your investing company is registered, the phase of your project and your message.
• Booking a call. If you book through our online calendar, the booking provider collects your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give to its questions.
• Email. Anything you choose to send us by email.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Fonts and images on this site are served from our own server.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a consultation, and keep a record of our correspondence. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• Our hosting and email provider in Vietnam, which stores the website and our mailbox.
• Our booking provider, if you book a call online.
• Other providers such as law, accounting, tax or HR firms, only when you ask us to coordinate with them, and only with your agreement.

Invera accepts no commission or fee from any provider, and we do not share your details with them for their own marketing.

International transfers

Our website and mailbox are hosted in Vietnam. If you contact us from outside Vietnam, your information is transferred to and handled in Vietnam. Our booking provider may process data in other countries under its own safeguards.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as the engagement and applicable record-keeping law require.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to communication@invera.vn and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country or in Vietnam.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our mailbox is limited to Invera staff who need it to reply to you.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
